Demo FAQ
Everything you need to know before submitting your pitch to Roc Nation.
We accept demo tracks in MP3, WAV, and FLAC formats. WAV or FLAC is preferred for the highest audio quality, but a well-encoded 320kbps MP3 works too.
Our A&R team reviews every submission within 48 hours. If your sound fits what we're building, we'll reach out directly via email to discuss next steps.
Each demo track can be up to 25MB. You can upload up to 5 tracks, 10 photos, and 3 press-kit files per submission. Total submission size should stay under 250MB.
Original material is strongly preferred. If you do include a cover or remix, make sure it showcases your unique artistry. Unfinished ideas are welcome as long as the potential is clear.
Not required, but they help. A short bio, social links, and any press clippings give our team context. A phone-quality photo is fine if it's well-lit and represents your brand.
